Many clinicians begin supervision unsure of what to expect or whether they're "doing it right." I created Pathway Supervision to offer a transparent, practical approach to clinical supervision that helps LMSWs better understand the licensure process while developing real-world clinical skills.
My background includes over 12 years of experience across VA, crisis, hospital, and outpatient settings. My clinical approach is grounded in CBT principles, with a focus on application and not just theory.

Supervision with me is structured, collaborative, and focused on real-world application.
Sessions are tailored to your current needs and focus on practical, real-world skill building. They may include:
• Case consultation and clinical decision-making
• Building confidence in your interventions and approach
• Strengthening documentation and clinical reasoning
• Navigating ethical and professional responsibilities
• Developing your clinical voice and style
The goal is to help you become a confident, competent clinicinan —not just collect hours toward licensure.
✓Structured
Every supervision session has a purpose while remaining flexible to your learning needs.
✓Collaborative
Supervision is a space to ask questions, think through cases, and grow—not to be judged.
✓Practical
We'll focus on real-world application, clinical reasoning, documentation, and decision-making you can use immediately.
✔ Confidence-Building
Supervision is about more than checking boxes. My goal is to help you build the confidence and clinical judgement you'll carry with you long after you're licensed.

Learn more about my supervision style, what you can expect, and whether Pathway Supervision may be a good fit for you.
My supervision style is grounded in CBT, with a focus on identifying patterns, asking intentional questions, and turning insight into practical action. I value curiosity, open communication, and a willingness to think critically about your clinical work.
You don't need to have all the answers—that's part of the learning process. If you're looking for supervision that balances practical guidance with opportunities to build confidence in your own clinical judgment, we may be a good fit.
